Arhuaca Indigenous Leader. Ana Ilba is a extraordinary person to talk about research and activism of social, cultural and economical issues of different indigenous communities in Colombia, she was intrigued to explore and empower the intercultural relationship between Western society and indigenous society. She is a national reference for her inclusive work with indigenous victims of the armed conflict specially with her role working in the Special Jurisdiction for Peace of the Colombian government. Because of Arhuaco knowledge and practices she developed a wonderful relationship with weaving, becoming one of the strongest promoters of weaving and fabrics as a tool for social, collective and collaborative healing.
