Researcher and advisor on projects of innovation, social construction, design and communication from the political and geographical south. Vladimir was the winner in 2015 of the National Youth Innovating for Peace Award granted by the Colombian Ministry of the Interior thanks to the project he co-founded in 2013 “HappyLab”, a citizen participation laboratory/kitchen in favor of local empowerment through creativity and happiness.
